Six weeks down - lots more to go!

Things here are pretty much the same in the 7th week. I am over halfway through the first trimester which is exciting! The baby is still teeny tiny (5/8 of an inch) so I'm not going to have to purchase any lovely maternity clothes for a while.

I am so ready for this next week to be over with! My appointment is on Wednesday afternoon, and provided everything goes well, we will be telling the rest of our family/friends after that. I think we are making the big announcement in church next Sunday, which should be interesting!

Since this is a long weekend, we will be taking advantage of it by working on some stuff around the house. (i.e. fixing the deck, making the yard pretty, ridding this house of dog hair). Buster will be an exclusively outside dog once the baby comes, so we're going to work on making him a nice little cubby under the deck!
