Hilton Head...Heaven on Earth

Last week, Corbin and I took off two days of work and made an extra long weekend out of the long weekend. My parents had rented a villa in Hilton Head, one of my favorite places ever, and invited us along! We all had a great time relaxing, playing golf (the boys), and shopping (the girls + Carter).

I'll try to keep this post less words and more pictures....I am not very good at that, but I will try!!

Carter had a BLAST at the pool. He only cried when we took him out of the water - I swear he would have stayed in there all day!




The only issue we had is that he couldn't keep his pants up! Bless him!

Carter splashed and splashed and didn't even stop when he got water in his eyes!



Baby boy got to do a lot of new things on this vacation. The resort that we always stay at has the neatest playground. As many times as I have been there I've never noticed it, but of course now that I have a child, I couldn't wait to play with him in it! Daddy and Carter tried to go down the slide together, but the slide wasn't exactly made for adults...thus they didn't really slide down...Corbin more like scooted himself down in an effort to not get stuck. I was laughing too hard to get a picture.

We couldn't help but take advantage of the pretty scenery and get some family pictures!
