Carter was a trooper at the doctor's office today. He flirted with the nurse, didn't like the doctor checking his ears, and as expected, screamed bloody murder when he got his shots. He calmed down pretty quickly, and then fell fast asleep when we got in the car.
Here are the 4 month stats:
Weight: 10 lb. 11.5 ounces (.62 %tile)
Height: 23 inches (2.02 %tile)
Head Circumference: 16 inches (13.88 %tile)
I was a little worried about his weight since his percentile was so low, but the doctor was not concerned. He said that they expect babies to double their birth weight by 6 months and he has already almost done that, so he is right on track. He's just going to be a little dude...with a large head! Ha! I laughed out loud when they told me his head circumference.
We got the go ahead to start rice cereal which should be exciting! We might try that this weekend and see how he does.
