Cousin Zoo Day

Corbin's brother and family came into town for a visit late September. It just so happened to be the best time to go to the zoo since it was a week day and the weather was nice!

This is pretty much how my pictures turn out these days - one with Levi looking cute:

The kids had a great time exploring everything! The zoo is one of Carter's favorite places - his favorite game to play is "Think of animal at the zoo" which basically consists of him saying that and me telling him names of animals. Goes something like this:

Carter: Mommy, think of animal at the zoo!
Me: Ummm, a zebra!

Carter: Yep, zebra's at the zoo!

Clearly this is a game he made up!

The aquarium is always a hit!Levi was such a good boy! He just sat and looked around...with a little nap in between!

This was something I was looking forward to!

Carter was excited about feeding the giraffes, but he was all talk, as he chickened out at the last minute!
