Lazy Rainy Saturday

So yesterday it rained...ALL DAY LONG. I had wanted to go shopping and try to find Carter's Easter outfit, but I know better than to try to take a 3 month old out in the pouring rain. Instead we just stayed at home, cleaned up a bit, and practiced Carter's napping without his swaddle. Although I love swaddling Carter (and he loves it too), that boy is so hot natured and I think it is making him too hot at night. He took two one hour naps without his swaddle, but didn't want to sleep longer. Hopefully in a couple of weeks we will have him sleeping all of the time without one. We'll see.


Friday I was able to hang out with some of my girlfriends from church. Corbin and Carter had some man time! I must admit that it did feel strange not being there to put Carter to bed!

Buster and Carter are starting to notice each other a lot more lately. They will just stare at each other - it is so funny! Buster would kiss him all over if we let him!



Carter and his daddy jammin'...his baby voice cracks me up!!



Church this morning was good. Carter seems to be lasting longer and longer in the services. I actually got to hear the majority of the message this morning. Carter and Daddy got to take a nap this afternoon while I ran to the grocery store. I think this is one of Corbin's favorite things to do with his little boy.
