Things are going very well on the baby front. At the risk of jinxing Carter's good nights - he has been sleeping wonderfully the past few nights! He usually goes down around 9, wakes up to eat around 3 and then wakes up for the morning around 6. I can definitely deal with that. We had a great weekend and were reminded how blessed we are with a good baby. We went out to eat on Friday night and Carter slept all through dinner and through a little shopping afterwards too. Then we all hung out in bed together before we went to sleep:
Saturday morning he slept through our grocery shopping trip and then got to hang out with daddy in the evening while I was at a photography seminar for work! Of course on Sunday he was quiet during Sunday School and during the first part of the service, but as soon as the preacher got up, Carter decided to get mad at me and proceeded to scream his little head off until we got out of church (it always happens like that!) As soon as we got into the overflow room he was all grins and giggles!
My OTHER boy, on the other hand, is driving me crazy. I must tell you, my friends, that Buster is in love. He is pining after our neighbor dog like you would never believe. When his shock collar battery was low last week he decided to jump the fence and visit her...lets hope that she is fixed or there will be some lab/white fluffy dog mix grandbabies in our future. Now that he has a new battery, he just stands at the fence and paces and whines. Here is Buster this morning - I caught the tail end of his whining, but that first bark you hear he was seriously doing for like 15 solid minutes before I started filming.
Corbin is having me call the vet in the morning to see how much it will cost us to have him fixed. Did I mention that Buster has stopped eating since we fixed his collar? Ridiculous. I've already told Carter that he will NOT act like this when he falls in love!
