Mother's Day!

My first Mother's Day was definitely a great one! Carter woke up and gave me a huge grin and I knew it was going to be a good day. Corbin of course made me feel super special and had a card from Carter, card from him, and gifts from the both of them. They got me a gift certificate for a pedicure (oh so needed!) and a Vera Bradley diaper bag that I have been wanting! I LOVE it!

Church was good too. We had a breakfast during Sunday school and Corbin took Carter out when he got fussy during the service so I could hear the message! We had lunch at my parents house, which was super yummy, and Carter-man surprised us all by taking a 2 hour nap!! Sunday night all the family came to our church to see Carter's dedication. I was nervous that he would be restless during the whole thing, but he slept through it like a champ. Here are some pictures from the day:

I am so blessed to be a mama to this little fella! I really don't know what I would do without him. Corbin and I are also super blessed to have amazing mom's ourselves! You both have served as Godly examples, and we definitely wouldn't be the parents we are today without you. We can never thank y'all enough for keeping Carter for us. It is so great to know that he is being loved on all day while we are at work.
